I really like the boldness of it. Me, I still struggle to get rid of the ingrained "nice girls paint within the lines" kind of upbringing. You have a nice rebellious, bold way of painting which I like. That brings a bit of power into the painting and makes it stand aside from the only "nice" landscapes.

Thanks. I'm Still trying to get the hang of Oils. They are quiet difficult. LOL. This was more like a release of the frustrations I was experiencing. If you seen any of my other oils you would think I was very, as my BF says, Anal. LOL. Thanks for the comment.

Not sure what your other paintings are like but I agree with the other comments here. Bold bright colorful with nice feelings of enless oceans sand and sun. Very nice work.

I like your choice of colors very much and you have an interesting style. The only nit pick I have is that the top left corner (just left of the corner) doesn't look quite right to me. It seems to be different than the rest of the painting.

The colors are vibrant. I love their reflection in the water. The bold strokes of the sky contrast to the smooth effect of the water. An image that definitely gets attention.
