The Easter Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting. I usually decorate with mint leaves ( still under snow here!), and marzipan garden vegetables, but this year tried jelly beans and lemon geranium leaves................

Hi Shannon! Hope your Easter was awesome! We had this for dessert and I sent the leftovers home with the kids- from now on, it's diet time. This is so good!
