The mornings catch at our secret "honey hole"! This was from this past March. I can't wait to go again! We're almost out of filets in the freezer!

Yes it was! Actually two of us caught those in about 2 1/2 hours. You hardly have time to drink a beer!

Super catch!!! My son has a "honey pot" where he gets most of his lobsters! I can't believe you both caught that much in 2 1/2 hours. Usually you drink up all the beer and talk about the one that got away!

LOL Debbie. The last couple of times we went to the coast pier fishing that's what happened! Lots of beer and chatter!

This little pond is so full of fish we always walk away with a cooler full! Its on private property and we're pretty much the only folks that fish it so its a gold mine!

I can't wait for the weather to cool off a little Debbie, so we can go do that again! We only have one pacakage of filet's left in the freezer! Time to stock up again!
Now that is some catch! I bet your freezer was nice & stocked for awhile! Hopeyou get to go fishing again soon.

Yes it was Priscilla! And we did get to go again just the other weekend, I was down to one package of filets in the freezer but I got her stocked back up again now!

What's the daily limit on Largemouth Bass in NC?

Hi H.G., I just spoke with you in a pm. but in case anyone else wants to know...I had to look it up, we fish on private property so we have no limit. In most of the public waters is 5 a day 14 inches. But, there are some variations on the size limit depending on which body of water you're fishing. Looks like any where from 14-18 inches and a lot of the places allow you to keep 2 fish less than 14.
