Yes, Nepal is a poor country economically, but the spirit of the people is strong. That more than anything is reason to visit Nepal. We will never forget the generosity and friendship we gained from the wonderful people.

Thanks, and thanks. About the photos, 90 percent of all I use here are taken by Lisa, my wife. She's great. As for dragging them into the text, let's just say I'm lucky to get them uploaded at all when I'm in a web cafe in rural Nepal, or the Thar Desert: remember dialup? It sucks. So I often neglect the details.
