Where's your proof, for what you say?? Show me exactly where you found proof that the government will ''take over'' the United States health care system??? You talk about me thinking for myself, everything you just said, I have heard on fox news, almost word for word!!!!! BTW everyone around here (which is a highly republican area of NC) has said that cash for clunkers saved their dealership???? It's just fox news talking points!!!!! Nice try, though.

Marilyn, I understand that you don't want ''your'' taxes going to help the poor. But I don't want ''my'' taxes going to illegal and immoral wars. Marilyn, you forgot one part of that problem. Resources. People can learn and grow all they want, but if they don't have the resources to pull themselves out of poverty, they're just smart people without a chance. I know it is abhorrent to you, to help those that can't help themselves, but the only thing that social Darwinism does is makes the rich richer and the poor, poorer.

And I also think that the corporations don't pay the people that actual ''make'' the money ''for'' the corporation enough. Hey dumbass, that's you. I'm for ''you'' making ''more money!!! ROFLMAO. The thing is, IDIOT, we don't completely agree. You righties want a ''FREE MARKET''. I ''DON'T''. I want to make the corporations ''MORE'' accountable, with regulations. You want to make them ''LESS'' accountable by removing the few regulations they have now. We may agree that the ''bad ones'' should go by the wayside, but ''you'' want the ''market'' to decide that, in which, until that happens, many people will die or at the least, be screwed out of their hard earned money (which you think is enough, and I think it isn't) with dangerous or inferior products. I may have forgotten about commenting on your article, (after all, I'm old) but it looks to me, like ''YOU'' are the dumbshit. You are defending the very group (the corporation) that you were complaining about. And what's even ''stupider'', you righties want to remove ''all'' restrictions and regulations (free market) so those morons can ''DO WHATEVER THEY WANT''. Soooo, do you think they'll do the right thing then?????? ''NO'' They will cut cost (materials, labor, (work harder for less), etc.) to make their profit margins ''EVEN HIGHER''. Instead of ranting about how we should let the corporations do whatever they want, how about joining the other side (my side), that want to put those regulations on corporations and restrict those obscene profits. Or how about we put the health insurance companies back to before raygun and take the profit out all together. Let's go with what the dems want and do away with the anti trust exemption. ''Then'' we can ''KILL THE BILL'', because if they act like they are now, then, the courts can restrict them???? Try again!!!!!

Marilyn, let me tell you who they are. For the past 2 years, in every convenience store in this county, there has been a jar for donations to help a local policeman who had cancer. His insurance company ''DENIED'' him life saving treatment because of a ''PRE EXISTING CONDITION''. His church did fund raisers and made some money for him. ''HE DIED'', because by the time, even close to the amount was raised to get his full treatment, it was to ''LATE'' I knew the guy and didn't really care for him, that much, (one of those cops that thought he was judge, jury and executioner) but I wouldn't wish that on ''ANYONE''. He would ''BE ALIVE'' today, if his insurance company would have just ''PAID UP''. Like I said, I didn't like the guy, but I sure do feel sorry for his wife and baby daughter. She will take her first steps,''WITHOUT HIM''. She will be in school plays, ''WITHOUT HIM THERE''. She will graduate from high school, ''WITHOUT SEEING HIS PROUD FACE IN THE CROWD''. She will get married, ''WITHOUT HIM TO WALK HER DOWN THE ISLE''. She will have her first baby, ''WITHOUT HIM HOLDING HER HAND AND TELLING HER, HE LOVES BEING A GRANDPA''. But you can rest assured that the stockholders of that company, are thankful for the extra few cents they made on their investment. And the saddest thing is, this happens 40,000 times every year in America. Oh and BTW, this is a ''HIGHLY'' republican area of the state. What compassion!!!

Well hallelujah, he does have a little something in his head besides air. Tell me genius, what's your plan after we scrap the political system as we know it. Let your corporate overlords run this country. Why just this morning I heard how great of a job they are doing flooding the market with that ''superior'' Chinese drywall that emits the pleasant compound called Strontium sulfide. It even has the added benefit of corroding metal and ''your lungs''. What a bargain. And also the ''safe'' Stork baby crib that ''humanely'' killed at least 4 babies by suffocation. Let's not forget that magnificent new fangled flying machine that Airbus produces that can land, even in the ocean. Of course, it can only do it once, and most, if not all, of the passengers ''get'' to ''die'' before reaching their destination, but I'll bet they're working on that problem. Let's look at some of the other things the ''mighty'' corporation brings us. How about outsourcing jobs. We have way to many jobs here in America, so we definitely need to help those poor Mexicans and Pakistanis to produce those wonderful products at a fraction of the cost we do here in America, to sell at that marvelous bastion of capitalism call WalMart, where they actually ''allow'' their employees to work for free. And how can we forget those fantastic bankers and hedge fund managers that actually bet that a business will ''fail'', thus causing the business to ''fail''. Who needs those stinking businesses anyway. Like I said above, we have ''way'' to many jobs here. I'm sure all those unemployed workers can find a new job ''tomorrow''. Oh I almost forgot how the corporations import the babies milk with the added nutritional substance called melamine. Yummmmm. What doesn't kill them, just makes them stronger. And I'll bet you're going to rush right out and buy some
kids, some of the ''inexpensive'' toys for Christmas, that the Chinese so generously painted with lead paint, so our kids can have their brains enhanced to the point of being like you. A MORON! You are transparent to thinking Americans, and contrary to you idiots beliefs, you are in the MINORITY. It's not about democrats or republicans to me. It's how the Reich wing ''conservative'' scumbags like you, want to give the corporations complete control over this country and the ''good'' ones will rise to the top. BTW, dumbass, it was george bu$h that set aside, in NY during the 2004 election, under a bridge, in an area surrounded by chain link fence with razor wire on top, a mile away from the convention for the protesters, protected by police, as a ''free speech zone''. You see us lefties consider ''ALL'' of America a free speech zone. That sounds like the concentration camps you speak of, and it was you righties, or should I say reichties, that did that.
