I love picking fresh fruit too and can most of it from my yard and the in-laws.
There is nothing like fresh organic food.

Your photos are great !
An apple tree is so pretty with its twisted and crooked trunk and branches.

I make a similar cake too - great minds must think alike ;)

This is so important !
I fought school every year about this.
I told them not to give my child that orange "drink", sugared cereal and other garbage.
They are crazy saying "These kids can't suit still and need to be on meds..."
Most kids don't need meds, they just need their schools and parents... to stop feeding them garbage full o sugar, dyes, and other man-made chemicals.

My kids would sneak it at school sometimes, but I could always tell becaiuse their behavior gave them away everytime !

Our tax dollars pay for this stuff folks - speak up !

I would LOVE to work with Gardenias, but I don't have any.

I am in Ohio and I think they are frost sensitive if I remember correctly.
Do you grow them ?

Some good ideas here.
I like how you added some earth friendly ones too !

Even better than using dryer sheets is to use 1/8 - 1/4 cup of vinegar to the final rinse to soften your clothes. The smell does not linger at all and it just leaves your clothes fresh and soft.
I also use my own soap for my laundry instead of buying harsh detergents.
This save me money and I am not harming my septic tank or the water table.

I look forward to seeing more great ideas from you.

I bet he will have his baby food made from scratch too.
I did for my kids.
I grew organic veggies and fruit and then made my own baby food with it.

My perfumes are very mild and are designed to blend with ones own natural scent - not overpower it.

My youngest daughter loves my lavender perfume when she wants to relax or get a good night's sleep - LOL
