i tried to buy gifts online for my mom this comiong 25 of May, but it seems that i cannot do that, it says i need to verify my paypal accounts, or add a proof of billing? i have already money in my account why should i need to prove myself with them,, its my earning that i recieve,,,im really confuse,, can i just transfer my money to a bank account or should it be for me again,

i have a problem with paypal too,,paypal freeze my account since i didnt add credit card to my accounts,, what should i do, i can not do anything with my money in paypal,,cannot withdraw or use for shopping, or even send to someone,,
