True, but try to get them to come to your aid on a 2nd amendment issue. Their narrow concept of gun ownership being a collective right seems to give them the political cover they need to ignore this Amendment. Typical libtard rational thinking.

Col. No Afgan may have ever attacked the U.S. but the Taliban did harbor and give refuge to those who did, Al Qaeda. The video link wasn't about the attack on the WTC per se, but if you watch it shows the jumpers, some estimate over 200 that day, that decided to jump instead of facing the flames and heat. At about 3:02 into the video the clip shows the courtyard where they were landing. The link was to point out the stupidty of charging our men in uniform, particularly the Special Ops Units, with giving a guy a fat lip, compared to the horror suffered by some that day.

I don't believe this really happened. Although I believe she was within her rights to shoot the purse snatcher, if she was in court the next day it would have been an arraignment, a pleading of guilty or not guilty, A judge wouldn't have dropped the charges at that hearing. He would have taken the plea and bound her over for trial, not to say the charges wouldn't have been dropped at a later date though. Also, a flippant answer like that in a courtroom will get you nowhere with the judge no matter whether you acted within your rights or not.

Very true. I made my first "zip gun" when I was 13. A block of wood, some brake line for the barrel, and a nail with surgical tubing for the hammer.

Before Iran starts pointing fingers about abductions, we need to remind them they need to produce Robert Levinson or some evidence as to what exactly happened to him. Iran complaining about their citizens being abducted is the "pot calling the kettle black".

You are taking crime statistics and applying it to a discussion about law abiding gun owners using firearms to protect themselves. You are comparing apples to oranges.
