It's pretty easy. I've been "experimenting" with different programs for the past 2 years and got to where I am now. I taught myself sorta, but with the help of tutorials though.

Thanks you guys :) Yeah, at first I thought web design would be a little on the boring side, but it's actually very fun. It's great because if you're ever mad or bored, you can take it out on designing.

Thanks for all the comments! I asked the same question on another site I visit a lot and 99.9% said that homeschooling is bad because it isolates kids. The thing is, I live in a city where everyone knows everyone. It wouldn't be hard to just call a few of my friends or instant message some of my friends and ask them if they wanna hang out somewhere. I could also join some clubs (Don't know what kind my city has) where kids can interact. But I still have to talk to my mom about homeschooling. Thanks again for all the comments!
