My girls are totally fascinated with anything Taylor Swift. They will be upset to hear about this, but to be honest, it's not anything big to me. LOL

I bought some wrapping paper today to put back for next year, but that was it. I'm so proud of myself for only buying that! I have been asking myself every time I pick something up in the store if I really NEED it, or if I can manage life without it. I can't believe how much I have been able to save by that simple question.

The man I know who served on the jury has stated that they made the best decision based on the evidence they had at the time. However, he has also said in recent years as more has come out, that his personal decision would be different if he had to do it all over again.

The trials for this case were held in my town. I went to the trials several times, and I personally know the man that served as jury forman. I was in the court the day that the photos of the bodies were shown to the jury, and the injuries were described. I will never forget the pain of the families as they had to hear in great detail how their children suffered.
I'm not sure what to think of the "Memphis 3" at this point, but that trial made a lasting impression on me, and I will never forget what I saw and heard those few days.
