I resolve to keep exercising
I resolve to keep taking my heart healthy suppliments
I resolve to keep eating heart healthy foods
I resolve to continue going to weight watchers to help keep me on track with my weight loss efforts
I resolve to keep in contact with my hearty team C fellow members to help them too
I resolve to make my heart and overall health my top priority

i'm a DEFINITE believer! I believe because I grew up in a house where LOTS of stuff went on. things moving, voices, noises..stuff like that, and it's happened to me pretty much every place i've ever lived. I've seen spirits all my life, including a ghost cat in my last apartment. I know some may say i'm crazy, but that's ok, i'm not the only one who saw the cat, a friend did and it freaked her out so much she would never come back inside my place LOL

I agree...I did a "what I have to offer a man" post not to long ago....

I think i'm finally ready for a man, don't think I really was before. I had to like who I was first, and I had to realize that I don't HAVE to have one to be happy...it would just be a nice accent to my life!

I hope we both find the right one soon!

sorry to hear it didn't start out well for you, I really hope it gets better.

so far so good for me. Had a nice day shopping and spending time with my friend. Got to talk to a couple of people on the phone. The only downer was learning my uncle is in the hospital. I'll be calling him tomorrow to talk.

they sure are! I didn't notice ham, but i'm sure they probably do have it. I went pretty much planing to get the meatloaf....sounded and looked good
