I am okay. Some days are just what they are, and then the next one comes and everything continues onward. Not sad, just a moment. I am sure we all go there, and sometimes we stay and visit for awhile. Mine was a short trip. I am back to loving air again. Thanks for the concern.

I am sorry I didn't see your question until today. I haven't been online much at all. To see others photos, just look under our Photo section. Pick whatever pic you want to comment on and there you go. For the "Critique Please", just put this in the caption for your picture. When you go to submit, it will come up for a place for a caption, just put it there. Hope that helps and so sorry for the delay.

Glad you found us! Just go to www.photochallenge.gather.com and join our group. And then when you submit a picture, be sure to check that you want it to appear in our group. Remember to have the tag lines for the current challenge, otherwise your photo cannot be accepted. For example, this month you would put "Photography Challenge" and/or "Poetry Without Words". Let me know if I can be of any assistance. Welcome aboard!

I love the DOF in this, and I agree about the power lines, but heck, with a shot as good as this, your attention immediately shifts away from the distraction of the lines. Very nicely done, a true keeper!

When I was in grade school, in art class they made us draw a picture by dividing it into squares like this and doing it square by square. This reminded me of that. Love the use of available prop/window. Nicely done.

Is this a for real tree? Oh wow, what a neat shot. I have seen some obscene trees before, but nothing as beautiful as this. Thanks for sharing.

I hope no one took this the wrong way. I posted the reminder after I waded through over 50 photos that were nothing to do with the challenge, just general photos. I wish we could accept them all for everyone's viewing, but unfortunately that is not the purpose or design of our group, although there are several Gather groups that allow any and all photos submitted. I reread this after posting, and I didn't want anyone to think I meant not to post these types of photos at all. And I wanted to clarify the reasons I posted to begin with.... okay, call me paranoid ...lol, just don't want anyone upset when I decline their submissions. It's nothing personal!
