Wow! Oh yes, I am all too familiar with the silence, as well. I pray, as others have said, that this period of silence will bring you an even broader period of healing, and all those lovely sounds that we long to hear in our lives.

Wish I would've known this was going on! Man, I'm such a football fan! You'll have to shoot me a line as a reminder next time! :) I'm one of those gals that's up, yelling at the tv, with the kiddos looking at me like I'm crazy! lol This past weekend, the Sooners had a home game, and me and my son went walking around, just enjoying the festivities, 'cause we live like a block away from campus. We stopped at one tent, where the game was on a bunch of tvs, and here I was, with all these drunk guys, and I was yelling as much as they were! :)

Hope you get it soon!!! Man, I wish I could get one of those outdoor antennas! I just hooked up my converter box and an indoor antenna a week or so ago, and it's such a pain to try to watch our main local news channel... ugh! I've gotta get more informed on this stuff! Good for you, being the one hooking it all up! :)

I hate to say it, but I'm going with the money too. I don't have a man, but I have four kids who give me lots of love, for which I am so thankful, and, of course, I wouldn't trade THAT for any amount of money! :P

My kids eat school lunches for the most part, but my nine year old, occasionally, likes to pack a lunch, just for something different. I try to keep it fun, but at the same time, healthy.

Well, I see both sides of the coin. I know, from my religious background, that it is not "morally" right, but from experience, I know that I'm glad I didn't marry some of the jerks I've been with! lol It is sad though, thinking about how, back in my grandparents' day, people really got married for life. These days, it's way to easy to walk away. "Everyone's doing it", seems to make it ok for so many people.

Wow! I'm surprised that many of you are paying more than here in California! They're a little over five bucks at most places here, but we usually get a two pack special for a little over seven. Way too much! I remember when I swore I'd quit if they got to two dollars a pack! lol

Oh yes, I, too, suffer from terrible insomnia. It sucks! Ambien is the only thing that ever really worked for me, without making me feel terrible and hung-over in the morning, only problem is... tolerance builds quickly!
