Bless your heart, Donna. Some times it seems like when it can't get any worse something else happens. All I can say is look for the positives and concentrate on those not the negatives. It will get better, hopefully sooner than later.

Donna, I am so sorry to hear about your father and your sister. You have had a very unfair year. Hopefully, everything will mellow out for you and your family. Know that my thoughts are with you and your family.

I haven't been on here a lot so I haven't been keeping up with everyone like I use to. I miss everyone on here but my much needed break just seems to be lengthening itself. I'll come back soon.

I have not gone near the basement door. That's where the decorations are and I'm just not in the mood to put them up this weekend. Normally Black Friday is our night to light up the area but it came so fast this year. I keep holding onto the hope of one last Indian Summer day. I'm pretty optimistic, huh?

Your place is so nice. I love the faux mantle and I LOVE that green chair. I'm looking for something like that. I have just the spot for it. ;)

And you are correct. Your mom and Rob (altho' he whined and griped about putting up his own tree) would want you to go on and have a great Christmas. I hope your dad is doing okay.

We went until the very last award was handed out. It is very important that parents are there for their kids. So many parents don't show up to things like this and it's sad. They have no clue what they are missing out on or how their kids feel about not having someone there to be proud of them. You did good. And Haley should be very proud of herself, too. AWESOME WORK HALEY!!

I can't even speak right now Scott. I am just so sorry for you and I'm glad you were there for him in the end. He loved you more than life itself and honestly you were probably closer to him than his own flesh and blood. Know that everyone here that knew him loved him dearly. And thank you for taking time to keep us up to date on Rob.
