1?! Would you rate it a 1 if it was Bill Clinton's face live on that screen? Apart from the inverted color values, this photo has not been manipulated in any way. Years from now it will be a curious historical artifact of, "Remember when the Neo-cons granted themselves leaders of the country; looted Trillions of dollars from the US Treasury by capitalizing on a massive fear campaign and starting some wars even though more people actually voted for the other guy?" Do you remember that? How funny that there's an actual photo of the figurehead with an inverted pentagram next to his head in his own territory.

The truth is what YOU want it to be. Doesn't matter if there is no proof of a cover up. If you want it to be a cover up it will be a cover up.

Just to make sure we are all on the same page, the truth is not what you want it to be. The truth never changes, what is what you want it to be is up for grabs. The truth can be what someone wants it to be at any given time but the sheer willpower of wanting it to be a certain way does not make it so. If you think that the truth is the truth simply because you it to be that way, that is called a delusion.

Second-hand hormones aren't the only thing you get with your milk. Bovine growth hormone causes the teats of a cow to swell to a ridiculous proportion at great irritation to the cow. The cow gets milked so much more because of the teats capacity that cows develop sores on their nipples that cause a lot of puss to get into the milk supply.

This is covered in a documentary called The Corporation. Monsanto is the company behind Bovine Growth Hormone. In their sales video they pitch it by telling farmers that more milk produced per cow means more profits which actually isn't true because it doesn't effect the amount of milk that people buy. There is so much milk already being produced that the government actually pays a lot farmers NOT to produce it.

William that is entirely reasonable. None of us here are running around telling people to have abortions. Abortion is a nasty business as is War and plenty of the Pro-Lifers are Pro-War and they are also the ones defending the deaths of innocent people as collateral damage, but the funny thing about this decision is that it tells doctors how NOT to perform an Abortion. Any other way not breaking already existing laws is OK. For instance, it is not illegal to perform an abortion with a coat-hanger. Well why not? It should be, but it isn't.

All the supreme court did was say you cannot something very specific and that specific thing is not "an abortion." You can't do it this way any more, find some other way to do it that is not this way.

All this decision did was criminalize a type of abortion procedure. As there are many ways to invade a country and kill hundreds of thousands of people, there are infinite ways to perform abortions. Partial Birth is a lay term for "Dilation and Extraction" where the fetus is advanced to the dilated cervix then the deed is done. So now doctors will have to do the deed before extracting because THAT is procedurely different.

The supreme court did not uphold Life, they just said to do it some other way. Time well spent by our government wouldn't you say?

If I fell into a coma the day after the results of the midterm elections became official and woke up today, I would be crapping myself inside-out that this scumbag and his henchmen are still in power. Taking impeachment off the table was a ridiculous thing to do especially since he IS guilty of crimes against humanity.

That is very true Spartan. If someone really understands what the ban is really doing and they are truly supporting it, they are hoping to bring injury to a small percentage of women seeking second-trimester abortions by forcing their doctors to bring their instruments in and out of the womb increasing the health risk exponentially. Doctors who took the oath to save lives must now use a more hazardous method because the GOVERNMENT told them to. The Christian Fascists have a direct line to the President. We should be very concerned over the health of current supreme court dissenting members. The Christian Fascists have less than two years to compose the SCOTUS with the people they need to overturn Roe v Wade which they are already predicting will happen.

The only act that has occurred is the banning of the process of dilating the cervix to extract the fetus whole to a certain point. All this policy does is force doctors to rip the fetus apart while still in the womb to extract in pieces. That makes a whole lot of sense.

You make a most convincing Pro-Choice case toward Conservatives. It is socially Darwinic and biblically based. Instead of promoting a woman's right to choose, you promote free will and living and letting die. Though I do not applaud your contempt for fellow humans, your idea of this being a part of natural selection and survival of the fittest is quite apt and precisely why women should have this right to choose for themselves.

This decision, derision, and legislation is a petty and bitter attack rooted from the Christian Wrong who will be even more bitter when their daughters have complications from second term abortions because the partial birth option was not available to them and neither was the proper sex education to prevent unwanted pregnancy in the first place.

So partial birth (aka Dilate & Extract or D & X) abortion has been banned. This is dumb because now the fetus must be ripped apart in the womb before it is to be extracted. What brilliant types of people we have in our government serving us! 2nd Trimester Abortions have not been banned just a healthier way to do them.

Tell me if I am wrong about this.

Good article, but it is actions like this which beg boycotting. Boycotting is the legitemate right of the consumer because when it comes down to it, that is who the power belongs to. Not the other way around. Otherwise we would all just be sheep living under the power of those whose sole mission is to make the most money off of us. That is despotism.

I really enjoyed reading this Ron. Thanks. I love shopping yard sales. I once got a nice 36" Round Extending to 60" Oval Kitchen table for $3 which I knew I had to get because it matched my shirt. The person I bought it from even threw in all the National Geographics that I could carry. Good thing I had my backpack. I once bought a dinged-up surfboard for $1. I look forward to reading more of this column in the future.
