Good Morning to you Victor. I am a smiling person because I think a smile is the easiest gift and the cheapest gift you can give. It may be the only smile someone sees on a given day. I will be singing in church at 8:30 and then on to my friend's church for her daughter's confirmation, then to a choir retreat which my church choir has yearly to prepare our Christmas music. I hope I can last out this day of activity as I am on crutches.

I went out in the rain to shop for some jewelry and got soaked. Worse yet when I got to the store I had forgotten my cash. I decided no jewel is worth using my cash card because you really get soaked on interest.

Good Lord, humans have been meat eaters since the beginning and it is my opinion that PETA is obsessive in their campaigns. I also think targeting children in this way is cruel.
Actually it is the parents that could be guided to feed their children healtier meals. Next thing you know there will be a groups complaining about cruelty to vegetables.

Thanks Vince. I didn't embarrass myself and fall down. Actually my GF was there to help me out and several others stoped to ask if I was okay. In this day and age that is something. I will be going to my daughter's in Kansas for 4 days over Thanksgiving. It is a 6 hour ride both ways and I don't relish that but otherwise all three of my daughters will be there to wait on me.

Larry, I missed this article about your misfortune. I guess it is your left leg that is affected. I had a variety of casts and the big blue boot on my right leg for 6 months and I couldn't drive. That was terrible.

Sorry but the equipment is all new and the meter works.
I usually only burn about 300 claories on the treadmill on a workout but was on it much longer today as in twice as long.
PS The ice cream was delicious.
