It is not a good way for a company to act at all. The economy is bad so I understand why the lady needed her job back but the company should have told her that she was already replaced.

Just a tip:

You will get more comments and more views if you add a paragraph that tells what the link is about then add the link.

I usually don't click on links unless I know more about them. It usually helps if you add a paragraph that tells what is in the link and then add the link somewhere in your paragraph.
