Alfalfa is a natural antihistimine, and garlic has antibiotic properties. A good probiotic will increase the body's *good* bacteria and strengthen the immune system. I take a probiotic and immunity supplement with interferon regularly, and then if I feel something start to come on, I'll add garlic and alfalfa supplements.
I hope you're feeling better--being sick is the pits!

I do like a good cup of herbal tea. Stash makes a very good apple cinnamon. Perhaps buy a sampler box by a GOOD tea company and see what kind you like. They don't all taste like hot water, I assure you!

Thanks for the informative article. It can be very difficult to weed out legitimate earning opportunities from scams. One of the best ways to find something solid is to go by a reference; if someone has actually done it, then they can vouch for it and give you more details. I have a successful MLM business. There are many misconceptions about MLM (multi-level marketing). What it comes down to is, you have to do the research on the prospective company. Some are better than others. And, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!

We make it a point to eat in the kitchen at the kitchen table. People with poor eating habits tend to make associations with food and sedentary activities. If someone gets used to eating in front of the TV, and they watch a lot of TV, chances are they are going to eat more as a result. I do like to watch a good movie with a big bowl of popcorn, or snack with a favorite TV show, but I limit myself to once a week.

Chicago winters can be similarly treacherous, and the one car I had that was rear-wheel drive didn't last long! Braking is definitely a no-no; it's better to just compensate for the slide by turning the wheel in the opposite direction, only *tapping* the brake, if at all possible. Most importantly, give yourself enough room between other cars.
ANd I agree with those who say stay at home!!!!! :^)
