Thank you will look them up. I ordered a book from Amazon a few days ago that a few people have recommended as interesting reading.
It seems there is alot more in the food supply we really need to know about.

I have not seen it yet but plan to. From what I understand it is going to be very disturbing but a need to watch. We just finished watching this one on hulu.

As a household we have decided it is time to change our diet. We have been working on it but need to work much harder. We plan on going mostly organic, grass fed, cage free, no GMO. Which means more from scratch cooking and a larger garden.
