I don't know if I'm an old timer or not, having been a member since July 06, but I'll say this. I don't get this new upgrade. I didn't get the last one either. I spent a good chunk of my time yesterday wondering why I couldn't get to the front page, trying to find an article (which I now realize is a "post", silly me) and trying to respond to a ping, which I never managed to do (sorry Melinda!).

Anyway, there's a whole Internet out there, Gather isn't the end of the road.

Very amusing stuff.

I remember a time not very long ago when a certain tore up old wretch not only denied the the "Clique" even existed, but also accused Sandy of owing her own Clique, complete with hit lists, among other things.

I love how all of these Clique members are coming in now, turning on each other and desperately clutching at the moral high ground.

The bottom line is that a lie of omission is still a lie. If you were in the group and did nothing to correct the slander that was being spread around then you are a liar. I wouldn't turn my back on any of you if you paid me, and I sure as hell don't believe anything you say now.

Robiyah, I believe the black rectangles to which Randy is referring are the ones that were created to harrass Sandy and a few others. They were shut down pretty quickly so you might not have seen them.

If anyone is interested, believe me when I tell you that there is life on the internet outside of Gather where you don't have to deal with paranoid losers like The Clique.
