I think all of the posts have helped me learn more about Vitamin D. I'm certain that this vitamin isn't a problem for me, as live in sunny Southern California and we have had record high temperatures. Strawberries have been ripening and know not many can post fresh fruit right outside the front door home grown.

Please don't consider me for this vitamin.

I counted my gym time and time on my Wii fit as exercise. Also I count walks to the grocery store.

Thank you and I must say it sure has been a wake up call in 2009 and 2010. i should have lost the weight a long time ago or not put it on in the first place.

I have been doing this for years and have received many coupons for products including Del Monte, Dole, Buddig to name a few items.

I would like to be included and will get the missing days up. Clearly, I know Team B may feel let down by my 0 day on Monday, as was in the hospital having surgery. I will be putting up an article about the surgery and informing people what the doctor had to say about my health.

I get more encouragement online than at home; however, my husband is so thin and he can't understand weight gaining struggles. We are eating out and I'm visiting the gym more to burn more calories.

I hope she gets the camera back. Very sorry to hear that somebody would take it at such a sad time in her life.
