Oh my goodness...couscous with raisins, apricots, and pine nuts...that sounds amazing! I'm definitely going to have to try that the next time I make this.

I'm glad your family enjoyed the meal, and I wish your daughter luck in her further cooking adventures! (I used to be a disaster in the kitchen, too)

Whoops - that's a mistake on my part. The rosemary substitution should be one tablespoon each of thyme and tarragon, rather than 1/2 teaspoon.

My apologies for both the mistake and taking so long to get back to you - I just got a new kitten, so she's taking up most of my time!
