I adore Dennis Leary, he is a cruel black hearted themed comedian. He didn't write the book as factual or medicinal or even helpful it is fiction- humor filled fiction. That doesn't make your scenario any less difficult and I am sorry for you as a mother of an autistic child- but it is still a fiction humor book written with the intent to make you snort diet coke out your nose- which when I read it...I did.

I read this blog http://drlisab.wordpress.com and she was on the Nancy Grace Show- One question I have though...where/ who is the father of the little girl? Did I miss something? Shouldn't he has something or anything to say about this?

No the quarterback for the Husky's actually graduated from our local high school! I watched him grow up with a football in his hand. So really it's all about where I pay the tuition.
My son is studying at WSU and while he is a Coug ( and I pay the tuition) I am a Coug Mom! :)

Thank you ! We actually just bred him and our female ( also a black and white) holy moly...while we gave them all away they were PERFECT...I should find the photos of the puppies they were so cute...for oreos! Never again tho...omg what a work out to see the girl you love go through that!

Did you post her on craigs list? www.craigslist.org?
Also try to create media coverage of the story, I would assume that your local news would grab onto the heart wrenching story and possibly run it as a 'feel-good' story. Silly....but they work.
Sorry I cannot help, ( because I would) however living in Washington State, it might be a bit of a stretch for Molly.

I have to say as far as satire and sarcasm go this is great. I thought the parade through our town was funny as well, with the migrant workers carrying signs saying " we are not crimminals" if not crimminal why referred to as illegals?
Also, I know of many migrant workers that have their families 'checks' go under one ss number so in the 'off-season' one person can collect the unemployment meanwhile the others go on welfare as needy but I assume that is perfectly 'legal' as well.....mmmm. Great writing and I know it is a touchy subject but we are allowed freedom of speech

You would love Seattle....dreary gray rain 9 months out of the year. the summer months are July and August, the other month is what we call spring, which the rain still falls....only its not as gray...woo hoo!
