I have used the George Foreman for some kind of "unconventional" things! We cook bacon on it, the grease drips right down into the catcher....I cook frozen hash brown patties on there. I also use it for paninis!

Have you checked the Taste of Home magazine website? They sometimes will have crafty looking recipes to make for different holidays.

I am so glad yo posted this, my mom made it years ago, but I lost the recipe!! This is an amazing cake, especially if you are a coconut/cream cheese lover. The cream cheese part does go on top, we always just kind of dolloped spoonfuls of it all over the cake. As the cake bakes, part of the mixture "collapses" inwards on the cake, creating the effect that it looks like an earthquake hit it. Not the prettiest cake to look at, but it tastes amazing!!
