It is amazing how quickly Christians forget that it is God who placed the world leaders right where they are supposed to be and that He is in control. There is no need to resist any part of God's plan but to be a watchman as you are Bonita and to shine a light. God bless you and your work..

Great point about painting all of Islam by the few nuts that pervert their religion. On the other side of the coin, I don't understand why the U.S media have such a hard time calling this what it was, a terrorist attack. We should respect all religions but fear none. God bless you Bonnie.

Another great article Bonnie. It's amazing how many people don't know that the word Easter appears nowhere in the manuscripts and that the day should be called Passover for Christians. I'm also constantly amazed at how many people have no clue when Jesus was born and don't seem to care. My old Bible study had a real hard time with this. They would invite me to their church for Easter services and I would tell them that I have a hard time going to a church that doesn't even know the name of the most holiest Sabbath. If a church doesn't teach the Bible chapter by chapter and verse by verse then it's nothing more than a prep rally. My faith is strong and doesn't need pumping up on weekends, I just want to learn every square inch of God's word. Peace.

My hats off to you. You're the first person I've ever seen on the internet that seems to grasp the correct idea of there not being an eternal fiery damnation. I don't understand why Christians just don't get the finality of the Lake of Fire and the end to death and sin. As if God derives some sort of pleasure in eternally torturing one of His children, condemned or not.

You are so right about today's Christians being passive about speaking God's testimony and teaching His Law Bonnie. No one wants to cause any waves. It's all about being politically correct. I get so frustrated sometimes because they seem to be asleep as to what time it really is and how much work there is to do. They also don't seem to want to know the details of God's great plan. A weekly pep rally at church and all is good. It seems so often that Christians just want to wallow in the baby's milk of salvation and never want to grow up and partake of the meat of God's word. I guess that's why you're here! Peace.

Brojer is right. God's laws have not changed for Christians. The Bible is pretty clear on that in many different books. This is pretty easy to disprove Thomas. If you don't believe in the Bible I can understand this statement, but if you've ever read the book and/or believe in it, this statement is false.

Another great article Bonnie. Thanks. Are you aware of the Kenites, the descendants of Cain. Wouldn't these be those who say they are Jews but are not? We probably have different beliefs on this subject but from my studies in Hebrew Old Testament, Cains mother was Eve but his father was Satan and not Adam. Cain's descendants are called Kenites which blended in with the tribes of Benjamin and Judah before the captivity by Babylon. This would be why Jesus told the Pharisees and Sadducees they were of their father Satan, because Jesus knew they were Kenites. Your thoughts?

Just because God is with you or hears your prayers doesn't mean you get everything you want. Apparently, many of you in this string have a problem with Christians. I'm not here to convince you of my faith but to clarify your understanding of how God works for a Christian. You can pray for things all you want, a new car or good health, but if it's not in God's will, for whatever reason, it's not going to happen. Christians were feed to lions, do you think they wanted that? God gave us free will in this age so that our decisions are solely ours. It would have been real easy if we could hear or see God but then how much could He trust our decision to follow Him with that knowledge? The point of this life and age is to weed out those who were against Him in the first age and the rebellion of Satan. If some nuts want to fly a plane into a building and kill innocent people, it's not God's fault. If people are starving, it's not God's fault, it's mans. We are in control of our own choices and our world. People like Pat Robertson are the same kind of nuts that are in any group. Please don't paint all Christians as nutty as these people. I agree with you though that a public ceremony should be kept secular and I'm sorry for your loss.

That was really informative. I had always thought that Mohammed wrote the Koran and I wondered how all the violence got into the "religion of peace."
