Thanks Trish Im finding it hard to find good efficient people anywhere around here its really strange how bad CS has gotten in florida

I was going to call customer service today but Scott was a dear and told me he would just take me to the biglots in ormand . its about an hour away but at least I got some of the things I wanted . the only thing they did not have was the Sally Hansen 24 hour lip conditioner for 1.00 like the other big lots did . I may yet call or write someone tomorrow though

The only problem about talking to the manager was that she was there not doing anything but telling customers the store was closing in 10 mins and picking up strays and putting them in a cart . she would not even tell my cashier if she could or couldn't sell the broken steamer lol thanks for your input Kimber I wish you would have been with me Im a bit on the shy side and tend to put up with things to avoid confrontation so Im usually the one who get all the crap dumped on them . I really need to take a class or something on how not to get dumped on lol

thanks I think my camera is wigged out it keeps taking these to colorful pictures and its not able to be fixed in the software ,sure wish I knew how to fix that its getting annoying - it only take good out door pictures , Id really hate to resort to looking for the manual lol
