EM JAY, I don't know if nipping them in the bud would have done it. The seeds were planted after Watergate when a Christian Governor named Jimmy Carter ran for president and wore his faith on his sleeve. I'll go ahead and correct myself and say that the seeds were always there - the modern movement, the one that is really scary grew out of Reagan. The whole 'End of Days' mess is what also concerns me because I don't want to be taken down with them.

Sonia, since I do like vampires and have been okay with centaurs up until this book, I have to say that Cast broke me - centaurs are now on my list. I'm afraid that if I continued to read the series, so would vampires.

Linda, I can envision your poor bookmark settling in for the long haul on page 33. When you just can't read on, you have to throw in the towel. It was an odd book and doesn't reflect well on her 'House of Night' series.

James, I think those niche dating sites are almost set up to fail. If you think so highly of your looks that you would join a group called 'BeautifulPeople' you sort of set yourself up for shallowness.

Mariana, they must preceive you as a nicer person than myself because I never get those types of e-mails. Maybe I'm like George on 'Seinfeld' whom the local carpet cleaning cult didn't want to recruit him.

Jack, I don't think that they are all rich business owners by a long shot. I think a lot of them are exploited by a certain level of a business class - the sort of people who know how to manipulate the exploited to further exploit themselves, which I don't think by a long shot most business owners are like this. I do agree that this particular segment of society is very anti-American, they just wave flags and act as if they aren't, but given the chance they would gut out the Constitution.

EM Jay, well you know I live in Missouri so I've been around some elements of the crazies too. The think of it is, is that they really don't turn to Jesus, they turn to the old testiment which Jesus preached against.

Kat, yes, I believe you are right. The thing that, amongst many, to take their pea sized skulls and crack them (not that I would ever do that) is when they play the victim game. I'm calling it the victim bully game. They play victim as the bully others.
