Sorry you had a fight but it sounds like a good time regardless. You're right dogs shouldn't have chocolate, it can cause heart attacks in dogs. Glad you had a nice holiday. Connecticut is too cold for me too, My mom lives there. She loves the cold.

Mine is to try to relieve some stress in my home for everyone by really working on my home based business to help with finances.

I'm not sure but I've heard that dark chocolate and orange juice can help fight cancer. The only healthy eating tips I have are to use a sugar substitute instead of real sugar, eat vegetables and fruits, don't fry your foods, and eat low carb foods.

How do you manage to keep the value and not sacrifice nutrition and taste? I don't manage to keep value and not sacrifice nutrition and taste. The only example I can share is that we only use Splenda (or equivalent) in our home to cut down on sugar and we also watch carbs. We only started doing this because hubby is a diabetic.
