Good article. Like many others, I used to think that self-publishing was the way to go. It is A way, for sure, but not THE way. Which is why I will be making every effort to go traditional with my forthcoming memoir. But for smaller projects lacking too much personal investment, self-publishing feels okay... as long as I'm cool with selling no more than a handful of books and all that that entails. *grin*
