I have also worked with roger and been laid off. It just doesn't sem right you give your blood sweat and tears for a company for years doing maintenance for 5 properties with over 300 rooms for a very nominal amount of money (I made these wages ago).We have also been on calll 7 days a week so can't make any plans to go out of town or have a life that doesn't revolve around your just. Then they hire a new guy making less money and keep him at full time while our hours are chopped daily eventually leading to a lay-off. Sorry for the rant but had to let this out.It is sad to think that you give your all to a job hoping and expecting some kind of security and then they just kick you to the curb! This has also affected me mentally trying to figure out what I've done wrong or what i could have differently but I guess it all comes down to "their" priorities not yours in making life changing decisions that affect not only you but your whole families lifestyle.

I didn't consider it a "THREAT"! This message was sent to make people be more aware of speeding which causes deaths every day. I think by sending this to everyone you know will condsiderably increase the likelihood that maybe more lives can be saved!

Isn't it funny when you are traveling down the highway and doing the speed limit and someone flies right by you and a mile or so down the road they are getting ticketed! PRICELESS

This is so true! an accident can happen in a split second and most cannot be avoided.I have been driving for 29 years and only had 2 accidents which weren"t my fault.

I was thinking of roasting it in the oven but I will NEVER be able to eat 13 #'s before it spoils so I will probably have to cut it up after it thaws (been thawing for 10 hours now and still half frozen) and cook some and freeze the rest.
