Have fun. Our Christmas dinner for department heads will be on the 22nd at an Italian place called Maggiano's. Never been there but the menu sounds wonderful.
I have to say, I just love Goodwill!

WOW! That sounds fantastic. I'll have to keep the cake recipe.
I tried to make noodles once, as they are a big part of my husbands family tradition for holidays. All I can say, is I TRIED to make them once. What a mess it was!

After I paid for my car to get inspected (that was an ouchers for my wallet), I had 100.00 left for groceries. My hubby and I went to Krogers and got what we needed for thanksgiving, then I remembered hearing that Walmart had turkeys for .40 cents a pound. So we ended up with 4. At least with these lean times upon us, we have turkey to eat. I can fix it many different ways.
Now today starts the pie baking.

Those times have hit this household unfortunately, but with 8 people to feed, a couple of us go without so the lil ones can have food. This too will pass.
