Hey! I was kinda lazy and Did nothing really for the past few days! I am going on the mirical cleanser. Has anyone heard of it!? I started today. And WOW the sea salt water in the morning was very hard to drink but it was over really fast. :) Wish me luck. I hope it gets rid of my ashma!

oh 2 cups of grapes is 2.2 protien, carbs is 54.7, and fiber is 2.7! I love it! calorie king is free and it helps my choose food that are good for me at helpful knowledg while I am learning how to take care of my body!!

I eat oranges and apples every day. Med orange protien is 1.2g . Med Apples is .4g But their is other good stuff in it!

yea! i normally can't but i like the foods its really well balanced. on the days were not protein is given i eat fruit that has protien in it! like 2 cups of grapes is like 1 oz of prtien! exc... cool hu!

I just go to calorie king and see how much protien is in it as well as good carbs! Because every meal you need protien fruit veg and carbs their is now way around that!!!

Hey! I found out that every meal has protien in both plans!

Week 1

Day 1-3, 5, 6 is like 1200 cal

Day 4 and 7 is like 2000 cal

Week 2 Diet

Everyday between 1200-1800 cal You can eat more but. No thank you I'm full! lol

I am really exctied if you guys would like I will tell you how the new diet is going along with my reg workouts!!

Oh, its my 3rd week in like 2 days!

I lost good weight yea me! lol :)

yey! good job for you sounds like its working really well! I bought a pair of mens really tight slacks. They look nice on me but their is no give in them. and I can sit and stuff. But, I made them uncomfortable on purpose. So that way if I gain weight I couldn't breath and If I lose weight I could breath better. It so worked I did it to lose 70lbs in like 6 months. I walked every wear. And when I sat down to eat I thought to my self better not be naughty or I won't be able to breath. LOL It worked I'm going to do that again! I am going to find my last pair of pants and see if they still fit or if I got bigger since then? I hope not lol!
