Rose H -- awe go ahead climb a mountain this weekend and shout out a goal -- why not -- as it echoes around you, you'll realilze your strength and power. Sure you can talk to total strangers or I start with my drycleaner. When I was waiting for my contract for this book I said to the drycleaner guy -- Dan -- I just got a big contract to write an important book -- and he said -- wow I knew your day would come!

Lisa H -- it can be easy -- let go release that feeling of it's hard-- you've used that word several times in 1/2 our remember befor you had a computer how hard it was to learn-- now it's easy. I cried the first time they made me use a computer to write a book -- I wanted my typewriter back :))

Lisa H-- have you seen the book --- there are contributors from 38 cities and 9 countries -- many are fine artists and international collage artists -- use canvas if that makes you feel more 'grown up"

Isee Priscilla so are you involved with Costa Rica groups online? Do you read a Costa Rica newspaper daily? Do you speak Spanish-- one step at a time. It could be that you'll end up going to Costa Rica on a trip with your church or girl pals and that may begin to satisfy some of that desire! Maybe work in an orphanage there for a week or so?

Lisa H -- the United Nations and the World bank don't think vision board creation is silly-- see chapter 1 actual examples they use it for creating the future for third world countries....it is a way of planning projects using pictures. Do you use maps-- my dad thought they were silly so we always got lost -- NOT SILLY:))

@marshas -- that too can change -- nothing is permanent I was listening to Joel Ostein this weekend and he had a great sermon on that -- things change. One of the thigns you can do is to create an affirmation in that saying I am pleased my mom is supporting my goals.

Ashley and others create a family vision board or a mommy and me board -- I show an example of Beth Greer and her 10 year old daughter in the chapter on relationships --Chapter 5 REMEMBER it does not have to be fancy
