I believe that the problem the mall has is with the panhandling part. Personally, I don't want to go shopping and have people asking me for money. I have kids that do that enough.

Capital one lets you keep using the card, and then racks up the fees. It is your responsibility to keep track of your money. They have one goal in mind, to make money, they are a business.

Thank you for your kind posts. Alzhiemers sucks to put it bluntly. We caught it early and he went on meds pretty quickly, but since his surgery in March of 2008, the Alzheimers has really progressed. Prior to that, we were all living together and yes, he would get mean, but nothing that you couldn't conj ole him out of. Now it's at the point where he doesn't recognize me sometimes, which breaks my heart. I'm his little girl. He always knew me. It's my DADDY. I hate it. I'm not sleeping at night because I dream about him and it wakes me up and then I can't get back to sleep thinking about him and what life will be like without him. I came to terms with him being in the nursing home, and that took me forever, and now I'm dealing with his immortality and I'm not doing it well. I know that I'm not handling it well. I'm a basket case and I can't help it, and now I'm rambling.
