Cool, its publicly available for free. If you want to know more than just the sex offender status about an individual, one could perform an online background check and find out about other criminal activities, property possession, employment, relatives, relatives, neighbors, weapon permit...

As long as you burn your calories, you can consume a large amount of 'em. In our town most of our fathers were workers in the mines. You wouldn't believe what everything they ate. But no-one was really fat, every calorie was burnt through the hard work.

In poorer countries some farmers use coca cola to kill pesticides... if you care about your health you won't consume any of these or similar drinks, doesn't matter if diet says on the paper. Get yourself a powerjuicer and make your own drinks out of fresh fruits!

I agree. If you exercise, do sports, jog or do any kind of regular movement you can't be too fat. If you are, you're not moving your but good enough! Anyone who doesn't agree with it is too lazy ;)

I always vacation in the Mediterranean ports. Many local people produce olive oil themselves and when you taste such an oil you can REALLY see, feel and taste the difference. They use the oil for almost anything and it really helps you prevent having any weight issues.

It's best if you can produce some of the food on your own. The system is designed to keep you a weak slave... Organic food should be cheaper than the regular mass production products. If governments supported this healthy food movement, we could reach such a price in a matter of years.

Great article, I'm surprised there are no more comments to this. Personally I slightly disagree with your very gradual weight loss. While it surely isn't good if you set weight loss goals that are too big, it's also necessary that your progress is not too slow. You need to get your but kicked if you want to see results.
