I don't recall having a lot of toys. The toys that were used the most were my bike and roller skates and my brother's old erector set. I did have other toys, but not many and never considered myself deprived. It wasn't the norm back then to have lots of toys, and certainly not all the electronic toys as they didn't exist yet. Today it seems as if kids expect to have everything, yet they remain isolated and bored.

I never seem to get everything done no matter how much I think about doing those things. I guess I'm too good at relaxing. :( I too have a lot of stuff that needs to be pitched because I've been holding onto it for no good reason other than I might need it some day. One day I'll get started on that project.
