Thought I'd reinvigorate the discussion.
President Obama has resisted calls for investigations into wrongdoing by the Bush administration in the human/civil rights areas, saying that we should look ahead. AG holder seems to be on a different course, and will likely start an investigation.
Is Obama a "bad President" in resisting these calls for investigation?
