Great article, I use to look at the scale everyday without fail. After a few weeks of doing that I realized that I was in control and not the scale, so now I only look about once a week.

I use to be a member of Curves until I started to teach my own diet group. But exercise is key I don't think I could start my day without some sort of exercise.
