oh no! i'm so sorry!!! i've been through the exact same thing! hopefully, they will realize how vital you are to the company when they fall back into the red. then, you can tell them 'no way!'

my friend wanted to play a game where you smoosh a candy bar in the diaper and you have to take a bite and guess the candy . . . i vetoed that idea quickly! just the implied aspect of it all made me gag!

my green tip --- forgo plastic bags all together!!! they don't biodegrade, so basically, they remain in a landfill indefinitely. instead, opt for the paper bags at the grocery store when they ask you 'paper or plastic' . . . some garbage bag companies are catching on so it's possible to find biobags in some stores.

woohoo!!!! that's when you know when to walk away!!! anytime i'm up . . . i just count it as being a good day. there was one day i hit the casinos and only had two dollars in my wallet (it was my first time) and just wanted to play quarter slots . . . well . . . my $2 made me $80!

that's exciting . . . unfortunately, i've yet to go to a baby shower (soon though!) so i'm not much help. i would probably make a pretty little basket full of essentials that the new mom might need: bottles, diapers, formula, teethers, etc.

don't get discouraged! you don't seem overweight to me 134 for 5'7" is great! the best way i've learned to lose weight is to burn more calories than i consume (most weight loss enthusiasts agree). you seem to be on a good track, but weight loss will not occur overnight. you need to stick with it! until you see substantial results in loss, i'd skip on the strength training. instead, focus on cardio. you will burn more faster. alternate routines so you don't get bored. i run 3+ miles a day for 3-4 days a week, alternating with aerobics classes. ideally, you want to keep your heart rate up to 140 for at least thirty minutes per session to lose any amount of weight. as far as weight is concerned, don't concern yourself with scales! that is your no.1 mistake! muscle weighs more than fat so if you are feeling better, then you will be doing better. toss out the number counter and get to exercising!

there was a guy a while back that did this very thing. he wrote like 100 letters to 100 companies to see who would send him coupons, etc. i can't remember his name right now, but i'm sure you could probably google it. he had an entire website devoted to this project and what each company did or did not send. pretty good stuff.

i think people are getting carried away with swine flu, personally. yes, there is an epidemic but it's rare in humans and is usually contracted by those that have massive amounts of contact with pigs (i.e. working at a high volume pig farm or slaughter house). even still, it has been stated that swine flu is not easily passed from human to human. i'm pretty sure that you, your hubby, and your children will be a-ok since you've ordered your swine from a breeder, whom i'm sure took good care of them and have had them have vet visits. i think swine flu is a problem in areas where they don't care about their pigs.
