Yea, I don't think it's ever been 'easy' just different. What I like now is that the payout is much more socialist. There will be less fat cat superstars (which you can see by the shrinking number of platinum albums) and more Indies selling respectable amounts of albums...

Now you have all these marketing possibilities and you can't just 'cut' a record anymore. I don't know. It's all too confusing but I'm happy to be a part of it!
