Great article. I think most people become discourage if they don't make huge sums of money in a short amount of time. Building a business is a slow and steady process.

Sarasota may be a very beautiful area, but don't fool yourselves. People are leaving Florida in droves because of the new tax hikes and unemployment. Sarasota is also on the gulf coast-meaning hurricane city. So that bargain home may soon turn into a nightmare with no job to pay for it and over taxation.
