The FiberOne products are amazing! The toaster pastries are good, but not great. I haven't tried the pancake mix, but I definitely will soon, and I get the huge boxes of oats & chocolate granola bars at BJs and keep them in my bag. Sooo good!

No I definitely hear you on this one! I always thought I was the only person who hated it, because I'd look around and everyone else was happy to be chatting away...I hate small talk in general though so maybe that's it.

I'd accept it, but it is rude. I was a waitress for years, and I'd take it and just put it in a cup in the back. But if you are a hairdresser, especially at a reputable place, its demeaning to the hairdresser to tip in change.

I was just talking about this with some friends last night. We finally settled on the fact that as you make more money, you get used to a higher and higher standard of living...it seems crazy to me to live the way some people do, but if you're used to it then I guess cutting back would be difficult.

In boston we have 2 restaurant weeks a year, 20 dollars for lunch and 30 for dinner for 3 courses. I'm jealous that NY gets a glass of wine included in that! A dinner date for restaurant week ends up still being pretty expensive, but we usually go to a really expensive place that week so it's a LOT less and we get to try someplace I wouldn't be able to afford normally!

This is a great site. I discovered it earlier this year, and I've met some amazing people in my area. It's especially great if you're in your early twenties (like me) and just moved to a new city. You do have to be aware though, there are some groups with some really creepy people!

It says on the Drano NOT to plunge it, but I braved it and did a few years ago...and I wished I had done it earlier and saved myself having to wash dishes on the deck.

Congrats! Starting new is always exciting. Im on my second job out of college, and the first one was a complete disaster...all my friends first jobs were complete disasters also. Second jobs are so much better because you have the luxury of being more picky with a steady income! I hope it goes well!

The poor guy can't even bring his girlfriend flowers without everyone getting weird about it.

Seriously, if I was Tom Brady, I'd be messing with the Giants. I'd go down there in a full leg cast on crutches, freak everyone out, and then show up to the SuperBowl and run them into the ground. But hey, thats just me.
