I'm a man and I have also had huge problems with my weight; I even considered a gastric bypass. This roller coaster weight is not healthy, and I have to do what it takes.

That is what has happend to me so many times; promises and failing to keep them. There is only one way to lose weight, it's hard for one to two weeks, then it's ok and easy to live with
