Hey! Do you have a dog? Cause if you do, then you should take it for a run in the morning. I do that with my dog. It`s healthy for both of you! If you`re not a pet-lover, I`m sure you can find some help from the community at Project Weight Loss. You`ll find there many friends willing to help and support you, it`s a large community, like a MySpace for people who need to lose weight. You also have there the weight loss tools you need when you`re ready to start a weight loss program: a calorie counter, a diet and fitness planner, and weight charts that show you when you`re over/under the calorie limit you need to stick to. I`ve been a member there for a few months now and this really helped me (besides the dog- by the way: Thanks Skip). Take care!

Hey, you can live without one, but you can live better with one : ). The fitness planner is meant to show you how many calories you burn every time you work out. All you need to do is choose your physical activities for the day. I suggest you also use a diet planner. This way you will know if you burned more calories than you ate or the other way around. You can find a great diet and fitness planner at Project Weight Loss. They're free and easy to use, and also show you your carb, fat, and protein intake. They are really useful for dieters like you and me. Good luck!

Hey, first of all, you need to know your body weight so you know exactly how things stand. If you want to start a diet I suggest you stay away from fad diets and start counting your calories. Cut the snacks, fast-food products, sweets, sweet beverages, drink a lot of water, and get plenty of sleep. A diet planner can show you how many calories you ate. It would be good if you also use a fitness planner. This way you`ll be more organized and know when you consume more calories than you burn or you should reduce portion sizes. You can find out your daily calorie intake, and their weight charts show you when you`re over/under the calorie limit you need to stick to. I think these tools are great and they`re really useful when you`re on a weight loss program.
