This is exactly what McCain wanted when he picked a Woman vice pres. To get all of Hilary supporters, white women voters, and maybe all women voters. I think it's foolish to say that Palin swayed your vote because she's a girl. It should come down to issues.

Yes, she's a family woman with family issues. We all have family issues including Obama. So that shouldn't be the only reason to vote for her.

We need to wake up!

It's not about girl power. Or seeing a person that reminds us of ourselves in the white house. It's about issues, change, improvement. Just because we like someone to represent us women doesn't mean we blindly follow where a woman leads us.

This whole thing is going to be a circus, if it isn't already. I can see it with my eyes closed. It's more about popularity and personality than issues. McCain wins because he wants a WOMAN vice pres. Obama wins because he's dark skinned.

And all the polls I see are asking, Who leads with the women voters? and Who leads in the Afican American voters?

It's a bunch of bull now. And we're talking about lipstick on a pig? What's next?

I just want Bush out of office. I don't want another Bush to take his place.

Thanks for the advice, Col. George, but I know what pornography is. You being a writer should know that some people label very descriptive sexual text as porn because it gives the same feel as just viewing a picture of raw sex. (If you want to get techy)

As I explain above. If you write sex without a story aka plot, then some people call it porn and wish you didn't label it erotica because, apparently, there is a difference with the decriptions. And some people don't like to be fooled.

Romance and erotica differs too to some people. (As I explained above) I didn't make up these labels, this is how some readers label our work. Maybe you didn't understand that I said, "This is the disscussion I read in a forum." I said, "Apparently these are the rules."

And by the way, there is a catagory for Erotic Romance, readers call it Romantica. Maybe you should participate in a few forums to know what your potiential readers are saying about your work. Thanks for commenting!

I think those who are just experimenting and not sure if they are gay or straight don't consider themselves bisexual, or they shouldn't at least.

When I think of a person who labels themselves a bisexual, I think that person knows that he or she enjoys both men and women, period.

I feel that some of the things Rob talks about are some of the myths or stereotypes that are running rampid in both straight and gay minds.

A person can't label another person a bisexual. I think people that label THEMSELVES bisexual knows what they want (or should) and they shouldn't be confused after calling themselves bi.

Heather makes a good point, it's an event to dress up at just like Halloween. It happens once a year, why not live it up?!

Amy is right, maybe if hets had an annual parade then everyone might be a little happier. Who knows, at that celebration they might end up dancing around in bright colors or next to nothing.

Heterosexuals never had anything to prove either. Heterosexuals aren't discriminated against. Hets aren't labeled "out of the norm" or "weird." I'm not trying to say being gay gives you privileges to parade around naked, but Paris Hilton is a het and she could do it.

Some people have issues with nudists doing what they love to do best. Some people don't understand why blacks get together on June 19th and march the streets; they ask what does that prove? Some people just don't get those who are different than them.

I'm not a person to judge. I said SOME and that's how we all should think. Not all gays parade around naked, some might find it obscene while others might find it liberating.

I think this discussion became heated because sex is a heated subject, especially when there's gay sex involved.

The gay topic can divide a nation because of the smallest and unimportant things like expressing your sexuality

I don't know the details of what happened, but knowing the information you gave us, it's pretty sad. I don't think prison is a place for a mentally challenged person to be. I think that would do more harm. But someone has to address the fact that he may have committed a crime and deal with it properly. It can't go unpunished, but there is a right way to handle it.

I think gays dress that way as a way of self expression, period. It's just like a person wearing black lipstick or a green mohawk, they're showing their personality and individuality.

The sex stuff in public can go too far, but homosexuality is, well, sexuality. So of course you will see half naked people parading around representing how free and open they are.

Not everyone will agree, but I love to hear what you all think anyway.
