Coffee sodas, red bulls juices etc. all good if not abused. Problem is we abuse them and we are in trouble.

I have an occassional cup of coffee, and then follow it up with a cup of tea. I have an occassional soda, etc.

But for my everyday drink, what can be better for me, and for our universe than a simple cup of tea.

By the way, this is not a fad diet.

The master cleanse is great for those who need to cleanse. The interesting thing is, when you drink 6-8 cups of tea a day you don't need as many cleanses.

I've been using "I CAN LOSE WEIGHT" a lot... and guess, what? I can! :)

I really believe that attitude is the most powerful weapon in my arsenal of my quest for better health.

Do you have any suggestions for how to prepare your tea during the summer? I drink it a lot during the winter, but once it gets warm, I'm a bit hesitant about drinking the powered ice tea's.

merely brew up a large pot and place it in the fridge. or if you do not have time, brew up a pot and pour over ice.

For all you lovers of sweet tea, again brew the tea, pour it over ice and add agave or stevia. Lower calories and better taste.

A tea diet? Does that mean you don't eat anything at all but you just drink tea? I would love to hear more about this.

As the book points out. Tea alone will not be able to keep weight off. You have to drink tea, eat right and exercise.

All of this is explained in the Ultimate Tea Diet book.

Additionally, all of you have picked up the nook, and stayed in touch all of these days should be proud of your efforts and of the fact you are still working it.

Remember, when you go off, for wahtever reason, you can come right back on by merely going to your cupboard and re-steping your tea.

Sometimes I become overwhelmed deciding on a tea to drink. Can you tell us about a few different types of teas and their benefits over others? For instance, what is so special about black tea?

As all teas come form the same plant, health and weight loss wise it makes no difference which tea you drink.

What makes the difference is for you to find the teas you love and drink the teas you love
