Well said Debi, I really appreciate the balance in your reasoning. It’s funny how we create our habits, and then feel powerless to recreate them. I think that it is empowering to use significant dates, like the new year, as pivot points to recreate ourselves. The key is to have a plan, and make a commitment.

Creating internal excitement is the key to being motivated. When we are excited about something we are motivated to take action. Now creating excitement has to do with what we choose to view as pleasurable and what we choose to view as painful. The important point to realize here is - we always have a choice.

I have no problems with your questions Gary and I have no reason to doubt your honesty. My wife and I both use Kenrico Foot Pads.
