Deborah - Thanks for checking out my site, and yes I am the owner/admin of the site. To answer your questions...
I have not figured out all the details on the infraction system on my site yet, but it will be something like if you have 3 infractions within 2 weeks you will be banned from the site for a week. If you then get more when you return it could result in a permanent ban. Like I said, still working on details there.

If someone posts racist comments that are not somehow contributing to the debate the comments would be removed and an infraction given. Note: I'm not sure how a racist comment could contribute to the debate, unless it was just as an example or anecdote to help prove a point.

I hope you come back, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
