I use coupons although not every time and a Kroger card when I go there. We buy lots of organic but I look for marked down stuff...that's especially easy with breads. I really need to learn to make my own breads - maybe this winter. I've been practicing making chips this week.

The ultimate goal for anyone is self-realization. I don't necessarily believe we were born with a blank slate....past lives and karma enter into it. At the same time Dr. Bruce Lipton has done much to show it is our terrain or environment which determines much more than our genes do.
The goal of self-realization is to get back to that blank slate which is not really blank, but our true essence or core underneath the facade of the many layers of illusive personality.
