Yeah, we've tried that before, it was called an HMO, also known as "a tool of the devil used to drive intelligent sick people insane" ;) Under that system, to get a doctor to refer me to an Otolaryngologist (ear-nose-throat specialist) for a six-month-long sinus headache, I had to agree to take paxil and see a psychiatrist, because all HE saw was a fat chick with a headache, and decided it must be a migraine, induced by the stress of being fat. I *WISH* I was kidding, or even exaggerating.

Awake in WA... just bit the bullet and talked myself into buying a Kindle... I should go to sleep before I do anything else stupid, LOL

(popped over here to see if I had enough points to get an Amazon card to take SOME of the sting out of the price tag... no luck.)

LOL, Washington state has places like Sequim (pronounced "squim"), Spokane (pronounced "spo CAN"), and Puyallup (pronounced "pyoo AH lup"), and people eat geoducks (pronounced "gooey ducks").

Anne, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I don't have any practical options to offer, but I'll go comment and rate, to help give you a couple of points here. Granted, it won't do much, but added to what everyone else is doing, maybe it will help a bit.

This economy really sucks. I've been wanting to move my jewelry making from "hobby" to "business", but I think that's a few years off. And I used to have my mom living with me. So I really do understand where you're coming from. Hang in there.
